Rental fees are due on the date that is stated on the contract. Please remember to allow for enough time for the US Postal service to deliver your payment on time. 

Late charges will be applied if payments are not received at the office on the date that payments are due, regardless of weather conditions, mail service or etc.

If you wish to avoid these concerns we can open up an automatic bank or credit card withdrawal account for you.  Please call Robin at 303-674-2755
